How to get rid of acne pimples
I have a lot of skin problems on my face, with frequent breakouts of pimples and acne. How can I get rid of acne, pimples, and comedones?

Acne, pimples, and zits are common skin problems mainly caused by overactive sebaceous glands, abnormal follicular keratinization, bacterial infection, and inflammatory responses. The following are some basic treatment methods:
1. Daily skincare: Keep the face clean by using mild, non-irritating facial cleansers. Avoid over-cleansing or using cosmetics that are irritating. Cleanse the face at least twice daily, but avoid excessive washing, which may stimulate the skin to produce more oil.
2. Dietary adjustments: Reduce the intake of high-sugar, high-fat, and spicy foods, and increase consumption of fresh vegetables and fruits to help improve skin condition. Maintaining adequate hydration is also important to help the skin retain moisture.
3. Medication: Under a doctor's guidance, topical or oral medications can be used to treat acne, pimples, and zits. Topical medications such as adapalene gel or fusidic acid cream can help reduce inflammation and bacteria and promote pimple resolution. Oral medications such as isotretinoin soft capsules can regulate sebum production and reduce pimple formation.
4. Physical therapies: These include light therapy, laser treatments, and microneedling, which can effectively reduce acne scars and inflammation and promote skin recovery.
If the above methods are ineffective or if acne is severe, it is important to seek help from a dermatologist for professional evaluation and treatment.
