Hello, at full-term pregnancy (40 weeks), the biparietal diameter (BPD) should be ≥9.3 cm. According to general growth patterns, after 5 months of gestation, the BPD typically corresponds closely to the gestational age in months: approximately 7.0 cm at 28 weeks (7 months), and about 8.0 cm at 32 weeks (8 months), and so on.
