How to Increase Breast Milk Supply
Recently, I've noticed my breast milk supply has decreased, and my baby seems to be not getting enough. I'm really worried and would like to ask if there are any ways to increase my milk supply?

Breast milk, or simply milk, is essential for your baby. If milk supply is low, it is recommended to increase the frequency of your baby's sucking. Frequent and vigorous sucking by the baby can stimulate the mammary glands to produce more milk, making it an effective way to increase milk supply.
Secondly, adjust your diet by consuming more soup rich in protein, such as pig's trotter soup, carp soup, and chicken soup, to provide your body with necessary nutrients that promote milk production. However, remember to skim off the floating oil from the soup to avoid blocking the milk ducts.
Ensure you drink enough water daily and consume foods rich in protein, calcium, iron, and vitamins, such as milk, nuts, and leafy green vegetables, which help improve both the quality and quantity of breast milk.
At the same time, ensure sufficient sleep, aiming for eight hours each night. When your body is well-rested, hormone secretion remains stable, which supports milk production. Additionally, maintaining a relaxed and positive mood is also crucial, as stress and anxiety can inhibit milk production. You can relieve stress through activities like listening to music or taking walks.
Poor emotional state and excessive stress can affect milk secretion. Therefore, it is recommended that mothers stay cheerful during breastfeeding and can relax themselves through activities such as listening to music or practicing yoga.
