Dr. Liu Wenmin

Skin allergies with mild symptoms and clear causes can usually be cured. However, chronic or complex skin allergies typically cannot be completely cured.

For patients with mild skin allergies of known cause, by avoiding contact with the allergen and receiving appropriate treatment and care, allergy symptoms can generally be well controlled or even completely cured. For example, mild allergic reactions caused by exposure to specific cosmetics, foods, or pollen can often subside within a short period, achieving a cure, provided the allergen is promptly avoided, antiallergic medications are used, and proper skin cleansing and moisturizing are maintained.

Chronic or complex skin allergies involve more complicated pathogenic mechanisms and may be related to multiple factors such as genetics, immunity, and environment. These conditions are difficult to completely cure. However, through standardized treatment and management, symptoms can be effectively controlled, the frequency and severity of flare-ups can be reduced, and the patient's quality of life can be improved. Patients may require long-term medication and should also avoid various triggering factors.

Patients should develop good living habits during treatment, such as going to bed early, waking up early, and engaging in appropriate physical exercise.
