There is no such thing as "seven contraindications for drinking water infused with Ganoderma lucidum (Lingzhi)." Possible contraindications for consuming Ganoderma lucidum water may include caution for individuals with allergic constitutions, pregnant women, those who should not take it for prolonged periods, those who should not consume excessive amounts, and those with impaired liver or kidney function.

Some individuals may be allergic to components of Ganoderma lucidum and may experience symptoms such as rashes or difficulty breathing. Therefore, a small test dose is recommended before first use to observe for any adverse reactions. The active ingredients in Ganoderma lucidum may affect the health of a fetus or newborn, so its use is discouraged.

Although Ganoderma lucidum has excellent nourishing effects, long-term consumption may cause side effects, and appropriate breaks should be taken. While Ganoderma lucidum has many benefits, excessive intake may increase the burden on the liver and kidneys. It is recommended to consume it in appropriate amounts according to individual conditions. Ganoderma lucidum is metabolized through the liver and kidneys, and consumption by patients with liver or kidney disease may worsen their condition due to the accumulation of metabolic products.

In addition, Ganoderma lucidum has an inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation, so it is not recommended for patients with bleeding disorders or those undergoing surgery, as it may increase the risk of bleeding. Ganoderma lucidum also has a certain blood pressure-lowering effect; individuals with hypotension should avoid taking it, as it may cause excessively low blood pressure, leading to symptoms such as dizziness and fatigue.

It is recommended that Ganoderma lucidum water be consumed under the guidance of a physician. A bland diet should be maintained in daily life, avoiding spicy and irritating foods.
