Is RhD blood type positive (+) normal?
The physical examination report states "RhD blood type positive (+)", and I'm not quite sure what that means. Recently, I haven't felt any particular discomfort, just a bit tired. Is this result normal? Could there be any problems?

In general, being RhD blood group positive (+) is normal.
The Rh blood group system is an important component of the human blood group systems, and the D antigen is one of the most common antigens in the Rh blood group system. When a person's red blood cells carry the D antigen on their surface, their blood type is referred to as RhD positive. RhD positive blood type is very common, and if your blood type test results indicate RhD positive (+), this is completely normal and requires no concern or special measures.
However, if a woman who is RhD negative becomes pregnant with an RhD positive fetus, her immune system may recognize the fetal red blood cells as foreign substances and produce antibodies to attack these red blood cells. This situation is known as RhD incompatibility, which can lead to hemolytic disease of the newborn (HDN), a serious condition that may cause severe complications for the fetus or newborn. Pregnant women who are RhD negative usually receive Rh immunoglobulin injections under a doctor's guidance during pregnancy and after delivery to prevent this problem.
In daily life, it is recommended to maintain healthy lifestyle habits, such as moderate exercise and a balanced diet, which can help support overall health.
