In general, sweating cold sweat after sun exposure may indicate the elimination of cold pathogens from the body. However, cold sweating during sunbathing is not necessarily equivalent to the process of expelling cold.

When the body is invaded by cold pathogens, qi and blood may become stagnant, leading to various discomforts. Sunbathing, as a form of natural warmth therapy, can warm the body, improve blood circulation, and help dispel internal cold. When cold pathogens are gradually expelled from the body, cold sweating may occur. This is a normal physiological response of the body's self-regulation and restoration of balance.

However, cold sweating during sun exposure does not always indicate the elimination of cold pathogens. When the body is exposed to sunlight, the skin senses external heat energy and body temperature begins to rise. To maintain normal body temperature balance, the body activates a series of heat dissipation mechanisms, the most direct and effective of which is sweating. In this case, sweating during sunbathing aims to prevent excessive body temperature rise, rather than expelling cold pathogens.

In daily life, it is also important to maintain good living habits, such as appropriate warmth preservation, balanced diet, regular作息, and so on, to comprehensively maintain physical health.
