Daily hair shedding is typically a normal phenomenon because hair has its own growth cycle, including the anagen (growth) phase, catagen (transition) phase, and telogen (resting) phase. At the end of the telogen phase, hairs naturally fall out, and losing 50 to 100 hairs per day is considered within the normal range. This natural shedding maintains a dynamic balance with new hair growth, so there is no need for excessive concern. However, if hair loss significantly increases, accompanied by increased visibility of the scalp or a receding hairline, it may indicate underlying health issues such as excessive stress, malnutrition, or medical conditions.

To maintain hair health, it is recommended to develop good lifestyle habits, avoid staying up late, and maintain a regular sleep schedule to minimize disruption to the hair growth cycle. Nutritionally, emphasize foods rich in protein, iron, and vitamins, such as fish, nuts, and leafy green vegetables, which help provide essential nutrients for hair. Also, avoid frequent use of high-heat tools or chemical hair products to reduce physical damage. If hair loss continues to worsen or other abnormal symptoms appear, timely medical consultation and examination are advised to identify the cause and implement targeted interventions.
