The normal blood pressure range is generally a systolic pressure of 89 mmHg to 139 mmHg and a diastolic pressure of 60 mmHg to 89 mmHg.

Blood pressure consists of two values: systolic and diastolic pressures, which represent the maximum pressure exerted on the arterial walls when the heart contracts and the minimum pressure when the heart relaxes, respectively.

Blood pressure is not constant and can be influenced by multiple factors such as age, gender, body weight, physical activity, and emotional state. Therefore, when measuring blood pressure, it is important to do so under resting conditions and maintain a stable measurement environment to ensure accuracy.

Individuals at risk for hypertension should regularly monitor their blood pressure and follow medical advice regarding lifestyle modifications or medication to prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. A light diet should be maintained, avoiding spicy and stimulating foods such as garlic, hot pot, and mustard. Adequate rest is also important, and excessive fatigue should be avoided to prevent adverse effects on health.

It is also essential to maintain a positive and optimistic mindset and avoid emotional fluctuations. If any discomfort occurs, prompt medical consultation is recommended.
