How many times can under-eye bags be surgically removed?
I had my眼袋 (under-eye bags) surgically removed once before, but I've recently noticed they're becoming noticeable again. I'm a bit troubled and would like to ask how many times one can undergo surgery for under-eye bags?

There is no strict limit on the number of times blepharoplasty, also known as lower eyelid surgery, can be performed, but it is generally recommended not to exceed three procedures.
If the眼袋 issue is satisfactorily resolved after the initial surgery, a repeat procedure is usually unnecessary. However, with time, factors such as aging and heredity may cause the眼袋 to reappear, or the initial surgical outcome may be unsatisfactory, in which case a second surgery might be considered.
There are various techniques for眼袋 surgery, including transconjunctival and subciliary approaches. Different surgical techniques involve varying degrees of tissue trauma and recovery periods, thus influencing the number of possible procedures.
The eye area is relatively delicate, and repeated surgeries may cause unnecessary damage to the ocular tissues, increasing the risk of complications such as infection and bleeding. Although眼袋 surgery can effectively remove眼袋, multiple procedures may lead to increased laxity of the eyelid tissues, potentially compromising surgical outcomes.
In clinical practice, the decision should be based on a comprehensive evaluation of the patient's ocular condition, age, and skin status, among other factors, to formulate an individualized surgical plan.
