How to address large pores on the nose
My pores are particularly large, feel uneven to the touch, and I constantly get blackheads, making my nose look dirty. I've tried many skincare products without success. I'd like to know if there are any effective ways to improve this condition?

Pores on the nose are large; it is recommended to choose a facial cleanser suitable for your skin type. Thoroughly clean your skin in the morning and evening, especially the nose area, to remove excess oil and dirt and prevent pore blockage.
Use a gentle exfoliating product to help remove dead skin cells, promote skin metabolism, and reduce pore blockage. Keep your skin well-hydrated by using moisturizing lotions or creams, as dryness can make pores appear more noticeable.
Ensure adequate sleep, maintain a balanced diet, and reduce intake of tobacco and alcohol, as these all contribute to improved skin condition. Avoid squeezing blackheads or pimples on your nose to prevent skin irritation and further enlargement of pores. When the skin is adequately hydrated, pores will appear tighter. Choose lightweight moisturizing products to prevent dehydration-related pore enlargement.
If the condition is severe, consider medical aesthetic treatments such as microneedling, photorejuvenation, or radiofrequency skin tightening, which should be performed under the guidance of a qualified physician. As each individual's condition varies, treatment plans should be personalized. It is recommended to visit the dermatology department of a reputable hospital and follow the physician's instructions for appropriate management.
