Symptoms and Treatment of Sinusitis

I have been experiencing severe nasal congestion recently, along with frequent thick nasal discharge, headaches, and a reduced sense of smell. I occasionally also have tinnitus. I would like to ask if these symptoms might indicate sinusitis, and how it should be treated?

鼻窦炎是鼻腔和鼻窦黏膜的炎症性Disease，主要Symptoms包括鼻塞、流脓涕、面部疼痛或压迫感，尤其是眉弓、眼眶周围和上颌区域，还可能伴有Headache、嗅觉减退、Cough等。TreatmentMethod一般有物理Treatment、MedicineTreatment、SurgeryTreatment等。
急性鼻窦炎常表现为畏寒、发热、食欲减退或精神不振等；慢性鼻窦炎则可能出现头昏、精神抑郁、注意力不集中等。部分Patient可能出现视力减退、眼球移位等Symptoms。
物理Treatment如局部热敷，促进Blood循环，缓解面部疼痛。MedicineTreatment通常是遵医嘱使用抗生素如头孢类，或鼻喷激素、抗组胺类Medicine等进行消炎抗感染Treatment。针对反复发作或伴有真菌感染、息肉的鼻窦炎，可选择鼻中隔偏曲矫正术、鼻内镜鼻窦开放术等。
日常生活中，Patient要避免接触过敏原，保持室内空气清新，适当运动，增强Immunity力，减少Disease复发。
