Nose heatiness can be improved through dietary adjustments, sufficient sleep, moderate exercise, and medical treatments.

Nose heatiness usually refers to symptoms such as redness, swelling, pain, dryness, or bleeding in the nasal cavity or around the nose area. These symptoms are often caused by dry climate, excessive consumption of spicy foods, staying up late, or high mental stress, which lead to an internal rise in body heat.

Reduce intake of spicy, greasy foods, and avoid smoking and alcohol. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, such as bitter melon and watermelon, which have effects of clearing internal heat and detoxifying. Drinking moderate amounts of honeysuckle tea or chrysanthemum tea can also help relieve heatiness. Ensuring adequate sleep and avoiding staying up late can help regulate bodily functions and reduce the risk of heatiness. Moderate physical activity enhances constitution, promotes blood circulation, and helps the body expel excess heat.

Follow medical advice when using medications such as Banlangen Granules, Niuhuang Detoxifying Pills, Yinqiao Detoxifying Pills, or Huanglian Shangqing Pills, as these medicines can clear heat and alleviate symptoms of nose heatiness. If there is significant dry pain inside the nose indicating inflammation or infection, oral antibiotics such as Amoxicillin Capsules or Cefalexin Capsules may be used in combination under medical guidance. However, note that alcohol consumption should be avoided during antibiotic treatment.

If discomfort occurs, it is recommended to seek medical attention at a hospital promptly and follow medical advice for appropriate management.
