Children presenting with symptoms of dizziness, nausea, and vomiting may be affected by various causes. Diagnosis should be made comprehensively based on medical history, clinical manifestations, and necessary auxiliary examinations.

Food or drug poisoning are common causes that can lead to dizziness, nausea, and vomiting in children. Parents should seek immediate medical attention and follow the doctor's instructions for management. Common cold may also cause these symptoms; parents should observe whether the child presents with other cold symptoms such as high fever.

Acute gastroenteritis is another possible cause, especially common during summer and autumn. Children may experience symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, and bloating, and severe cases may lead to dehydration or even shock.

Central nervous system disorders, such as encephalitis, meningitis, or intracranial tumors, may also present with the above symptoms and require neurological examination and imaging evaluation. Finally, metabolic diseases such as hypoglycemia, electrolyte imbalance, and psychological factors such as functional dizziness caused by anxiety or stress should not be overlooked.

If any physical discomfort occurs, it is recommended to visit a hospital promptly and follow medical advice for treatment.
