Small red bumps appearing on the arms may be caused by various factors, such as allergic reactions, skin inflammation, infections, or contact dermatitis.

Contact dermatitis is caused by exposure to allergenic substances, resulting in localized red papules accompanied by itching. At this time, contact with the allergen should be avoided, and antiallergic medications such as loratadine tablets should be taken orally as directed by a physician. Applying cold water or an ice pack wrapped in a towel gently to the affected area can help reduce swelling and itching. Keeping the skin clean and dry, wearing loose and breathable clothing, and avoiding friction or scratching the affected area are also recommended.

Eczema is an allergic skin disease characterized by small papules and vesicles. Treatment includes avoiding triggers, taking antihistamines such as ebastine, and applying topical corticosteroid creams. Solar dermatitis is caused by ultraviolet radiation. Mild cases may require no treatment, while severe cases may need topical medications such as hydrocortisone butyrate cream. Additionally, exposure to sunlight should be avoided.

If symptoms persist or are accompanied by fever, pain, or pus discharge, prompt medical attention should be sought for diagnosis and targeted treatment by a qualified physician.
