Early symptoms of lymph node tumors typically include painless lymph node enlargement, most commonly occurring in the supraclavicular and cervical regions. A minority of patients may experience weight loss and fever. Lymph node tumors may result from metastasis of malignancies originating elsewhere in the body. Enlarged lymph nodes can compress the esophagus and trachea, leading to dysphagia and respiratory distress.
