Small bumps appearing on the hands are likely caused by an allergic reaction, but contact dermatitis—such as from exposure to dishwashing detergent, laundry powder, or other chemical substances—cannot be ruled out. Scabies is another possible cause. Symptoms may be relieved by applying fusidic acid cream. Alternatively, roxithromycin capsules may be taken in appropriate doses under a physician’s guidance.
