Children with recurrent fever should visit a hospital for relevant examinations and receive targeted treatment based on the underlying cause. For fever caused by a simple common cold, antipyretic medications should be administered first, followed by physical cooling methods to promote heat dissipation. If the fever results from a viral infection, antiviral and anti-cold medications should also be prescribed. For fever secondary to tonsillitis, anti-inflammatory medications should be added to the treatment regimen.
