Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is not contagious, as it is not an infectious disease and cannot be transmitted through daily contact or to close contacts. However, most patients with HCC have a familial or genetic predisposition, which may increase the risk of cancer development in their offspring. Early surgical intervention is recommended during the appropriate stage of disease, combined with adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy, to achieve optimal disease control. Postoperatively, regular monitoring and follow-up examinations are essential.
