A baby over two months old who refuses formula milk is most likely unwell—possibly due to indigestion or an oral health issue. It is recommended to take the baby to a hospital for an examination to rule out conditions such as oral herpes or herpangina. If the refusal is caused by indigestion, digestive aids may be administered. For oral herpes or ulcers, anti-inflammatory topical sprays may be used; herpangina, however, requires anti-inflammatory treatment.
