If the patient’s condition is not severe, conservative treatment may be initiated first, including administration of anti-inflammatory, anticoagulant/thrombolytic, and anti-edema/analgesic medications. In severe cases, surgical intervention may be required. During the illness, gentle massage of the affected area is recommended, along with adequate rest and avoidance of late-night activities. Prolonged walking should be strictly avoided. In daily diet, emphasize foods rich in protein and vitamins.
