It is highly likely caused by exposure to cold, as cold exposure can accelerate gastrointestinal motility, resulting in green stools. In such cases, it is best to keep the baby’s abdomen warm—applying a warm compress is recommended. Additionally, indigestion cannot be ruled out as a possible cause; in that scenario, administering probiotics to the baby may be beneficial, as they aid digestion and help regulate gastrointestinal function.
