Berbamine Hydrochloride Tablets are primarily used to treat leukopenia (low white blood cell count) caused by various factors. They may also be used prophylactically to prevent chemotherapy- or radiotherapy-induced leukopenia in cancer patients. Possible adverse effects include constipation, fatigue, headache, dry mouth, abdominal pain, and abdominal distension. In most cases, these side effects do not necessitate discontinuation of the medication; drinking ample warm water can help promote drug metabolism.
