Skin rash, pruritus, urticaria, and erythema may occur after taking gliclazide modified-release tablets. Some patients may experience transient visual disturbances, possibly due to fluctuations in blood glucose levels. Additionally, gliclazide modified-release tablets are not recommended for use during breastfeeding. This medication must be used only under the guidance of a qualified physician.
