It is advisable to moderately enhance nutrition by consuming foods rich in high-quality protein and fresh vegetables and fruits, such as lean meat, eggs, milk, fish and shrimp, soy products, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, and Chinese yam. Drinking nourishing soups—such as pork rib soup or chicken soup—more frequently is also beneficial. Additionally, engaging in appropriate physical exercise can help strengthen overall constitution. These measures may provide some therapeutic benefit for hypotension.
