Lower extremity varicose veins impair proper blood circulation in the legs, potentially resulting in cold feet and leg numbness.
Generally, numbness in the legs and cold feet may be caused by factors such as exposure to cold, lumbar disc herniation, or lower extremity varicose veins. Patients are advised to relieve symptoms under a doctor's guidance through medication and improving unhealthy lifestyle habits.
