Thinking too much may cause headaches due to physiological factors, tension headaches, or high blood pressure. Excessive thinking in daily life may lead to insomnia and result in headaches. Overusing the brain regularly may trigger symptoms such as headaches, and it may also increase blood pressure, leading to elevated intracranial pressure and subsequent headaches.

Headaches caused by overthinking may be due to physiological factors, tension headaches, or hypertension.

1. Physiological factors: Excessive thinking in daily life may lead to negative emotions, resulting in insomnia or reduced sleep quality. If this condition persists for a long time, it may cause headaches. However, this typically does not affect overall health and usually does not require special treatment.

2. Tension headaches: Tension headaches may result from high levels of stress, prolonged smoking, alcohol consumption, or other factors. Overusing the brain may worsen the condition, leading to symptoms such as headache, insomnia, and palpitations. Under a doctor's guidance, medications such as Nimodipine capsules or Ibuprofen sustained-release capsules may be used to relieve headaches.

3. Hypertension: Hypertension is a condition primarily caused by prolonged unhealthy lifestyle and dietary habits. Excessive mental exertion may increase blood pressure, raise cerebral blood volume, and consequently elevate intracranial pressure, causing headaches. Under medical supervision, medications such as Hydrochlorothiazide tablets or Nifedipine controlled-release tablets may be used to manage the condition.
