Introduction
Diarrhea triggered by a rise in body temperature may be caused by consuming food that spoils easily. It could also result from eating raw or cold foods, which stimulate increased gastrointestinal motility. Overeating, alternating between hot and cold foods, or excessive mental stress may lead to indigestion. Additionally, prolonged exposure to high-temperature environments may cause the body to absorb excessive heat, leading to heatstroke due to dysfunction of the thermoregulatory center.

Experiencing diarrhea when the body heats up may be caused by dietary factors, indigestion, heatstroke, or other reasons.

1. Dietary Factors

Diarrhea triggered by body heat may result from consuming spoiled food, such as moldy or leftover meals. It could also be due to eating raw or cold foods—like ice cream, chilled beverages, or cold beer—that stimulate increased gastrointestinal motility.

2. Indigestion

Overeating, alternating between hot and cold foods, or prolonged emotional stress and excessive mental pressure may lead to indigestion. This can irritate the gastrointestinal tract, impairing digestion and absorption functions, thereby causing the aforementioned symptoms.

3. Heatstroke

Remaining in a high-temperature environment for extended periods may cause the body to absorb excessive heat, disrupting the thermoregulatory center. When excess heat cannot be dissipated promptly, heatstroke may occur. Patients may experience symptoms such as excessive sweating, weakness in limbs, dizziness, and headache. Severe cases might involve vertigo, nausea, vomiting, or even drowsiness and coma.
