Is the efficacy of Nintedanib Esylate Soft Capsules good?
Nintedanib ethanesulfonate soft capsules are a selective immunosuppressive agent with anti-fibrotic and anti-inflammatory effects. Its efficacy depends on the patient's specific medical condition.
Nintedanib ethanesulfonate capsules are indicated for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, interstitial lung disease associated with systemic sclerosis, and chronic fibrosing interstitial lung diseases with a progressive phenotype. If the treatment response is inadequate or if intolerance occurs—such as aspartate aminotransferase or alanine aminotransferase levels increasing more than five times the upper limit of normal—discontinuation of the medication is recommended. Nintedanib ethanesulfonate capsules may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. The drug should not be used by patients who are hypersensitive to soy, peanuts, nintedanib, or other components of the formulation, nor by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Treatment with nintedanib ethanesulfonate soft capsules must be conducted under the guidance and supervision of a physician. Do not adjust the dosage without medical advice, as this may lead to adverse symptoms and harm to the body.
