Introduction
Difficulty in focusing with the eyes usually refers to the inability of the eyes to properly adjust when viewing nearby objects, resulting in double vision and blurred images. It may occur due to myopia, where light rays from distant objects are focused in front of the retina, preventing clear focus on faraway objects. Alternatively, it could be caused by strabismus, leading to imbalance in eye alignment and dysfunction in the coordination of eye movements, such as divergence and convergence.

Difficulty in eye focusing usually means the inability to see objects clearly.

This condition often refers to the eye's failure to properly adjust when viewing nearby objects, resulting in double vision and an inability of both eyes to simultaneously focus on the same object, thus causing blurred vision. This phenomenon may occur due to myopia, where light rays from distant objects are focused in front of the retina, preventing the eyes from properly focusing on distant objects. It could also be caused by strabismus, leading to misalignment of the eyes, dysfunction in eye abduction and convergence, and weakened accommodative ability of the eyes, which may also result in the aforementioned symptoms.

In addition, hyperopia could also be a possible cause. It is recommended to follow medical advice for proper management to prevent negative impacts on daily life.
