Introduction
Sacroiliac joint osteitis condensans refers to osteitis condensans of the ilium, which can be treated with physical therapy, medication, or surgery. For mild cases, appropriate rest is recommended, along with wearing an elastic lumbar support when getting out of bed; symptoms can be relieved using infrared radiation or ultrasound therapy. For severe pain, medications such as meloxicam tablets, celecoxib capsules, or etoricoxib tablets are used. If the above treatments fail to provide relief or if there is persistent, intractable pain, sacroiliac joint fusion surgery may be performed.

Pelvic osteitis condensans, generally referring to osteitis condensans of the ilium, can be treated with physical therapy, medication, or surgical intervention to help alleviate symptoms. Specific treatments are analyzed as follows:

1. Physical Therapy

When symptoms are mild, appropriate rest is recommended. After getting out of bed, using an elastic lumbar support belt may provide protection. Additionally, symptom relief can be achieved under the guidance of a healthcare professional through physical therapies such as infrared radiation or ultrasound.

2. Medication

For more severe pain, medications such as meloxicam tablets, celecoxib capsules, or etoricoxib tablets may be taken as directed by a physician to achieve anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.

3. Surgical Treatment

If symptoms fail to improve with the above treatments or if there is persistent, intractable pain, sacroiliac joint fusion surgery may be considered under the care of a qualified physician.

During treatment, avoid excessive fatigue and maintain a light diet, which can positively contribute to disease recovery.
