Guangmaining is a compound formulation containing Bidens pilosa, Wild Chrysanthemum, Paris polyphylla, Paracetamol (acetaminophen), Chlorpheniramine maleate, Caffeine, and Aminopyrine.

Ganmao Qingre Granules are typically brown to dark brown granules, with a faint aroma, sweet taste, and slightly bitter aftertaste. Guangmaining is available in various dosage forms, including tablets, granules, and capsules. Guangmaining granules are generally light brown granules, also with a sweet and slightly bitter taste. The tablets are film-coated tablets; when the coating is removed, the tablet core appears brown to blackish brown, with a bitter taste. The capsule content is composed of brown granules with a bitter taste.
