This deficiency significantly impacts women’s health—not only triggering night sweats but also accelerating aging and other related symptoms. Additionally, kidney yin deficiency may also contribute to night sweats.

2. Autonomic Nervous System Dysfunction

Autonomic nervous system dysfunction is often triggered by chronic emotional suppression or psychological stress. Symptoms may include fatigue, low mood, and difficulty concentrating. If a woman notices not only nocturnal hyperhidrosis but also other systemic symptoms, autonomic nervous system dysfunction should be considered. 4. Hyperthyroidism
