Introduction
The cost is related to the condition of gallbladder stones and the patient’s underlying diseases. If the patient has no significant comorbidities, the current cost is approximately ¥10,000–¥15,000. However, for patients with severe cholecystitis, gangrenous cholecystitis, or poor general health, surgical treatment costs will increase accordingly. Regarding the surgery itself, there is little difference in the instruments and consumables used.

The cost is associated with the severity of gallbladder stones and the patient’s underlying medical conditions, encompassing standard surgical procedures, routine preoperative preparations, intraoperative interventions, and postoperative recovery. For patients without significant comorbidities, the current estimated cost ranges from approximately ¥10,000 to ¥15,000. However, for patients with severe cholecystitis, gangrenous cholecystitis, or poor general health, surgical treatment costs will correspondingly increase.

Regarding the surgery itself, the instruments and consumables used do not differ significantly. Rather, the greater the number of underlying diseases, the more extensive the preoperative diagnostic workup required—and thus the longer the preoperative preparation period. Certain comorbidities may also impair postoperative recovery, thereby increasing treatment costs. Moreover, more severe gallbladder disease typically prolongs the postoperative recovery period, further elevating overall treatment expenses.
