During treatment, patients should avoid consuming cold-natured foods, spicy or irritating foods, and must abstain from smoking and alcohol consumption. Patients with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, renal disorders, as well as children and elderly individuals, should also take this medication only under medical supervision, with dosage individually adjusted according to their specific clinical condition and disease severity. The precise dosage, however, should be adjusted based on individual clinical presentation and under physician guidance. The standard dosage for cefalexin capsules is three times daily, 0.25 g per dose; for severe cases, the daily dose may be increased up to 4 g, but the maximum daily dosage must not exceed 4 g.
