How to Get Pregnant with an Anteverted Uterus
An anteverted uterus (i.e., a uterus tilted forward) is a normal uterine position. To increase the chances of conception, it is recommended to have intercourse more frequently during the ovulation period and to remain lying down for approximately two hours afterward—avoiding early ambulation—to minimize sperm leakage.
There are no specific sexual positions required for conception. Whether a woman has an anteverted or retroverted uterus, standard intercourse positions support normal fertility, and uterine position does not affect the ability to conceive naturally.

For women with irregular menstrual cycles, ovulation predictor kits or transvaginal ultrasound may be used to monitor ovulation timing, thereby optimizing the timing of intercourse for conception.
Compared to other uterine positions, an anteverted uterus is generally associated with favorable fertility potential. Therefore, women with an anteverted uterus can relax and maintain a positive outlook, as their likelihood of conceiving is relatively high.
