This heart rate is somewhat too slow, possibly indicating sinus bradycardia; however, atrioventricular (AV) block must also be ruled out. Additionally, it is important to assess whether the patient experiences symptoms such as palpitations, chest tightness, or shortness of breath, as well as signs like dizziness or syncope. It is recommended that the patient consult a cardiologist at a hospital and undergo relevant diagnostic tests—including complete blood count (CBC), electrocardiogram (ECG), chest X-ray, echocardiography, carotid artery ultrasound, and 24-hour Holter monitoring—to establish a definitive diagnosis and guide appropriate treatment.
