Based on your current condition, insufficient cerebral blood supply cannot be ruled out as a possible cause; fatigue and inadequate rest may also contribute. Your blood pressure is currently within the normal range. However, if you have a history of arrhythmia, it could potentially stem from an underlying cardiac condition. We recommend visiting a hospital for further evaluation to determine the underlying cause of the arrhythmia and to initiate targeted treatment. Additionally, ensure adequate rest, avoid colds and exposure to cold, and maintain a light, bland diet.
