Mecobalamin is a neurotrophic agent. As this drug may cause some gastrointestinal irritation, it is recommended to take it 30 minutes to one hour after meals. It can be administered approximately 30 minutes apart from antiepileptic medications. Avoid alcohol consumption and smoking during treatment. Also avoid spicy and irritating foods. Maintain adequate rest, engage in appropriate physical exercise, and perform rehabilitation exercises regularly.
