Hello, patients with gout may use Yunnan Baiyao Aerosol; however, this product offers no therapeutic benefit for gout. During an acute gout attack, patients may be treated with colchicine or high-dose nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). During stable periods, patients should avoid alcohol and foods high in purines.
