I always feel physically weak. My doctor diagnosed me with deficiency of both Qi and blood and prescribed Guipi Wan for me. What are the side effects and contraindications of Guipi Wan?

归脾丸是一种中成药，主要是由党参，当归，白术，茯苓和大枣等成分组成，有益气补血和健脾养心的功效。但是归脾丸也是有Side Effects的，过量服用可能会引起上火，容易出现口干舌燥和便秘的Symptoms，长期服用还会增加Liver系统负担。对于ColdFever和咽喉肿痛的Patient不宜服用归脾丸，肝肾功能障碍的Patient，服用之前需要向Doctor咨询，归脾丸在服用期间还要忌食生冷食物。
