In fact, there is no strict time restriction for practicing yoga—any time of day is suitable, provided your physical condition permits. However, consistency is essential. For daily practice, it is advisable to utilize short, scattered periods: for example, shortly after waking up in the morning or just before going to bed at night, dedicating 10–15 minutes to yoga and meditation. You may also incorporate simple yoga postures during work breaks—such as before lunch or during afternoon tea—to gently stretch and mobilize the head, neck, and shoulders. Note, however, that yoga should be avoided during menstruation and pregnancy.
