Post-eczematous hyperpigmentation typically does not require specific treatment, as it usually fades and gradually resolves over time. However, due to individual variations, if the hyperpigmentation persists, topical azelaic acid cream or hydroquinone cream may be used. Additionally, picosecond laser therapy is another viable treatment option.
