Thoracoscopic sympathectomy is another surgical option that can effectively treat bromhidrosis; many patients experience a significant reduction in underarm sweating and odor following the procedure. In daily life, it is advisable to wear cotton, breathable, and sweat-absorbing tops. During summer, applying an antiperspirant spray to the underarms may also help.
