Individuals with high blood sugar should avoid taking Tianwang Buxin Wan. Therapeutically, Tianwang Buxin Wan functions to nourish both Yin and Yang, replenish the blood, tonify the heart, and calm the spirit; it is commonly used to treat conditions such as hypotension and neurasthenia. However, Tianwang Buxin Wan is available in various forms—including brown water-honey pills, brown-black honey pills, or large honey pills—all of which contain high levels of sugar. Consumption of this medication may therefore cause blood glucose levels to rise, making it unsuitable for patients with hyperglycemia.
