Foods That May Cause Precocious Puberty
Disease description:
I’ve noticed that my child, who is around 12 years old, is experiencing precocious puberty at an unusually rapid pace. Could you please tell me which foods may contribute to precocious puberty?
Foods that may trigger precocious puberty are those containing high levels of estrogen. These include honey, soy products, and dairy products.
- **Honey-related foods**: honey, royal jelly, and any foods made with honey.
- **Soy products**: bean sprouts, tofu, soy milk, soybean skin (yuba), and other soy-based foods.
- **Dairy products**: yogurt, powdered milk, fresh milk, cheese, biscuits, and bread.
Tropical fruits such as durian and mango should also be avoided, as these foods can easily disrupt normal hormonal balance in the body.
