Uterine fibroids do not impose major dietary restrictions on fruit consumption; most fruits are safe to eat. However, cold-natured or highly acidic fruits should not be consumed in large quantities at once. Common cold-natured fruits include watermelon and pears, while highly acidic fruits include lemons, plums, and green plums. Excessive intake of cold-natured or overly acidic fruits may impair the circulation of blood and qi, potentially triggering pain. Additionally, it is advisable to avoid foods rich in estrogen, such as royal jelly, bird’s nest, and soy products.
