HPV infection typically does not affect uterine fibroids. Uterine fibroids and HPV infection are two distinct conditions with no direct causal relationship. HPV infection can lead to cervical abnormalities, such as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), and, in severe cases, may progress to cervical cancer. In contrast, uterine fibroids are associated with hormonal levels in the body.
