How should cervical lordosis reversal be treated?
Disease description:
A colleague was diagnosed with cervical lordosis reversal. I’m not very familiar with this condition—how should it be treated?
Cervical lordosis reversal can be treated from the following aspects:
1. If symptoms are relatively mild, traction therapy or massage may be used for improvement.
2. If symptoms are more severe, surgical intervention may be considered.
In daily life, avoid prolonged neck flexion (e.g., looking down for extended periods) and prolonged television viewing.
