Children with mycoplasma pneumonia can use air conditioning, but the temperature must be appropriate. Excessively high temperatures may cause irritability and poor appetite in children, while excessively low temperatures may lead to chills, abdominal pain, colds, or other complications. It is recommended to set the air conditioner to approximately 26°C. The airflow from fans should be directed away from the child; for example, the fan blades can be angled upward toward the ceiling. Additionally, ensure adequate indoor air circulation.
